Resume Referral

Many UT Career Service Offices maintain resume books and databases of students seeking employment or internships. Employers can request resumes to fill specific hiring needs by contacting the appropriate career service office and speaking to member of the career services staff. Resume referral services are not available to third-party recruiters, staffing agencies or other employment brokers. To request resumes, please contact the appropriate career service offices directly.

Campus Interviews

Most UT Career Service Offices offer employers the opportunity to pre-screen, select and interview students on campus via web-based recruitment management software and on-campus interviewing facilities. The on-campus interviewing season typically runs from September through November during Fall Semesters and January through April during Spring semesters. To learn more about this service or to schedule an on-campus interviewing visit, please contact the appropriate career service offices directly. If you wish to interview students from multiple colleges, select a primary career services office with which to work and tell the recruiting coordinator you would like to recruit students from multiple colleges.

Job Fairs

UT Career Service offices and student organizations collectively offer more than 30 job and internship fairs, career fairs, employer forums, and other similar events each year. From large exhibitions host 50-200 employers to smaller forums, mixers and professional networking programs, UT offers employers a wide variety career fair programs designed to connect our students with employers and career opportunities.

College Postings

In addition to the centralized AccessUT job and internship database, most UT Career Service offices offer employer targeted access to our students through college-specific job and internship postings. Employers seeking candidates out of specific academic or professional programs find college-specific postings and effective way to focus their recruiting efforts
