Most UT career services offices offer employers the opportunity to pre-screen, select and interview students on campus via web-based recruitment management software and on-campus interviewing facilities. The on-campus interviewing season typically runs from September through November during fall semesters and January through April during spring semesters.
If you wish to interview students from multiple colleges, the various career services offices will work collaboratively to assist you. While the career services offices are indeed decentralized, we routinely work together to provide employers the benefits of both centralized and decentralized recruiting. Collectively, we work to help recruiters pursue UT students for career-related job and internship opportunities.
